There are two files included in the archive.
To apply the fix, you must have a DS Lite or a DSi with firmware version 1.3 or below or firmware 1.4 if you applied the 1.4 fix previously.
If you're using a DS Lite, run ak2ifw_update_141_DSL.nds and if you're using a DSi, run ak2ifw_update_141_DSi.nds
